Macaron Making Online Class

Join me for this live interactive online class learning how to create your very own macarons filled with delicious buttercream.  The class is relaxed and you get to make these from the comfort of your own kitchen and ask questions as we bake together.  This class has been so popular and previous students have created absolute wonders and I just know you will love this too.

Techniques you will learn :

• How to make your own delicious macarons in an easy to follow way including how to pipe the delicious treats
• How to make buttercream for the filling
• How to fill and assemble the macarons (I will give you tips along the way for how you can adapt these to create different flavours and colours.)

How it works :

This masterclass will last around 1 hour 45 minutes. It is very relaxed, so you can ask questions as we go.

You get sent the list of all the ingredients you need in advance of the class and don’t worry no fancy equipment is required!

The recipe of how to make these amazing treats is sent through right after the class so you can make these again and again!

What to expect at an online class :

Firstly, the online experience is fun, relaxed and interactive, and you get to ask me questions as we bake together.  I will go through everything at a steady pace and because we can all see each other I will be able to see if you need any extra guidance.

You join the class, using the zoom link, just before the start time of the class and I will give people the chance to introduce themselves before we start as I think it’s lovely to know who we are baking with and where they are in the World.

After the class you will be sent the recipe to make these again yourself as they are very moreish.
