Caroline is so enthusiastic and it’s contagious. Her teaching style is so relaxed and fun, yet informative! There’s no such thing as a silly question and her explanations of the how’s, why’s and what’s are so easy to understand. In just a few months I’ve learned loads and even re-made the recipes in-between classes much to my family’s delight too! And the best bit…. There hasn’t been a baking fail yet! Thank you for having me as part of the club!

What a fantastic and relaxing experience. Caroline is clearly a skilled and knowledgeable baker, this came across in her expert tuition throughout the workshop – she gave numerous hints and tips and what’s more I turned out a perfect batch of profiteroles, which would not have happened without her expertise !! Thank you for helping me start to regain my love for baking – You’re amazing and I will be joining again very soon.

Absolutely loved this online class with Caroline. She is very thorough & patient, making it simple for you to follow along with her. It’s built up my confidence in bread-making & I definitely plan to make more soon & hopefully continue improving my technique.

We had such a fantastic time doing the virtual macaron making with Hunkington House Kitchen. Caroline is so lovely and friendly and explains things really well, so even a beginner like me can make truly delicious treats!
