Learn to make and bake macarons at this hands-on baking class.
The class is ideal for beginners, giving you the opportunity to learn new baking skills and pick up all the basic techniques you need for creating delicious treats again and again when you are at home.
With a class size up to 3 people, you’ll receive plenty of support and guidance from me, Caroline.
You’ll learn a simple to follow recipe and I’ll teach you how to make your macron mixture; how to whisk egg whites to the right consistency, how to add your dry ingredients and mix during the macaronage phase so that your batter is the right stage for piping. You’ll then be shown how fill and hold a piping bag, then piping the macarons ready for baking.
You’ll learn how to make delicious buttercream and then fill the macarons ready for you to take home.
Hot and cold drinks are available throughout the class along with homemade sweet treats.
This class lasts approximately 2 – 2.5 hours. Everything is provided for the class so you just need to bring yourself.
This class is perfect for beginners – no prior experience is needed.
The added bonus is that everything you make you will get to take home with you to enjoy with family and friends.

This recipe includes almonds so is not suitable for anyone who has a tree nut allergy.
